Our mission is to improve the health of our community and raise awareness of QiGong for promoting health and improving quality of life by helping people identify and strengthen their own internal energy or Chi.

Our intention is to provide education and training about the health and life-enhancing benefits of Qigong practice for personal well-being and to health-care professionals for patient education.

The World Health Organization lists physical inactivity as one of the 10 leading risk factors for death worldwide and estimates that one in four adults and more than 80 percent of adolescents do not meet basic recommendations for physical activity.

Qigong Calgary wants to be part of the solution in reducing chronic diseases, obesity, and physical inactivity in our communities.
